Terms of use.
These terms set expectations for PlanSentry accounts, monitoring, alerts, exports, and paid subscriptions.
Use of the service
PlanSentry monitors public pricing and packaging pages and surfaces pricing-related changes. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only with URLs you are permitted to monitor.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the URLs you add, the frequency you select, your alert destinations, and your use of the resulting information. You must not use PlanSentry to access private networks, restricted systems, or content in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Monitoring results
Change detection is provided on a best-effort basis. Results can be incomplete or affected by dynamic rendering, anti-bot systems, website redesigns, regional content, network failures, or content that cannot be extracted reliably. PlanSentry should not be your sole source for high-stakes commercial, financial, or legal decisions.
Notifications and integrations
Email and webhook delivery is best effort and can be affected by third-party availability, filtering, or configuration. You are responsible for any webhook destination you provide and for protecting access to that endpoint.
Data and removal
You can export workspace and change data from the dashboard. Pausing a monitor preserves its history. Removing a monitor deletes its associated application snapshots and change history. Automated retention can remove older data according to the service’s active retention policy.
Subscriptions and billing
Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe and billed monthly or annually according to the option selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew on the same cycle until canceled. Current prices and limits are shown before checkout. You can manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation through the Stripe customer portal.
Plan limits and fair use
Free and Pro include the monitor limits and check schedules shown on the Pricing section of the home page. Unlimited monitoring is subject to lawful use, technical safeguards, reasonable request rates, and the availability of monitored pages. We may restrict abusive, automated, or unsafe activity that threatens the service or third parties.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, complete detection, or fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PlanSentry is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from missed changes, unavailable pages, third-party services, or reliance on monitoring results.

Features, limits, pricing, retention, and these terms may change as the service evolves. Material updates will be reflected on this page.
