Use of the service

PlanSentry is provided to monitor public competitor pricing pages and surface changes in pricing-related content. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only with URLs you are permitted to monitor.

Your responsibility for monitored URLs

You are responsible for the websites and endpoints you add, the frequency you select, and your use of any resulting information. You must not use PlanSentry to access private networks, restricted systems, or content in a manner that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Service changes

PlanSentry is under active development. Features, limits, pricing, data retention, and availability may change as the service evolves. We may provide notice of material changes where appropriate.

Change detection

PlanSentry makes a best-effort attempt to detect relevant changes from public pages. Results may be incomplete or affected by dynamic rendering, anti-bot systems, website redesigns, network failures, or content that cannot be reliably extracted. You should not treat PlanSentry as the sole source for high-stakes commercial or legal decisions.

Notifications

If you configure a webhook, you are responsible for the destination endpoint and for ensuring it can receive PlanSentry events. Delivery is best effort and may fail due to third-party availability or configuration.

Data and exports

You may export your monitoring data from the dashboard. Removing a monitor deletes its associated application history. Automated retention may remove older snapshots in accordance with the product's maintenance policy.

Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe on either a monthly or annual billing cycle, depending on the option selected at checkout, and renew on that same cycle until canceled. Current prices are shown on the Pricing page before checkout. You can manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation through the Stripe customer portal. Plan access remains subject to successful payment and the limits shown when you subscribe.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PlanSentry is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from missed changes, incorrect interpretations, unavailable pages, third-party services, or use of the service.

Changes

These terms may be revised as PlanSentry adds or changes features, plans, notifications, or other commercial functionality. Continued use after changes may be subject to the updated terms.
